Our seasonal Door County bakery located inside The Cherry Hut in Fish Creek. Handmade pies and baked goods with natural ingredients and locally sourced fruit from farmer-owned farms. Open May through October.

The flagship. The production hub. The place where 14 years of farmers market knowledge, award-winning recipes, and Kelly’s grandmother’s traditions all live under one roof. Sweet pies, savory pies, breads, jams, bloody marys, spiked lemonades, and craft cocktail mixes. All made from scratch, all in Lake Mills, Wisconsin.
You’ll also find Elsie Mae’s at 40+ farmers markets across the Chicago and Milwaukee areas, and at select Woodman’s locations and other regional retail partners.

Craft Cocktail Bar — Upstairs at Last Ditch Brew Pub, Kenosha
Sugar & Vice is the craft cocktail bar that grew out of Elsie Mae’s beverage line. Opened in 2025, it found its home upstairs at Last Ditch Brew Pub in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where seasonal cocktails are poured fresh and the menu rotates throughout the year. The same care and craft that goes into every pie goes into every glass.

Peninsula Pies
Seasonal Bakery in Door County
Our pie shop in the heart of Door County. Peninsula Pies is our seasonal kitchen located inside Bridge Up Brewing and Sunny’s Pizza in Sturgeon Bay. You’ll find handmade pies, pot pies, small batch jams, lemonades, and our full lineup of bloody mary mixes. All pies are made with Wisconsin butter crusts, all natural ingredients, and fruit from local farms.
We also collaborate with Bridge Up Brewing on a line of beer jellies: a delicious, must-try sweet and savory spread. Put it on a cheese board, soft pretzel, or try it as a glaze for grilled meats!

Pies and pints under one roof. Craft beer on tap, spiked lemonades, live music, and everything Elsie Mae’s bakes. The Pies & Pints bakery bar concept is something Kenosha hasn’t seen before: a gathering space with the warmth of a made-from-scratch kitchen and the energy of a neighborhood bar.
