Peninsula Pies is our seasonal kitchen up in Door County. We bake on site inside The Cherry Hut at 8813 WI-42 in Fish Creek. There’s nothing quite like a slice of pie on a Door County summer afternoon, so come visit us when you’re in town, May through October.

Everything here comes from the same place as the rest of Elsie Mae’s. Family recipes, everything made from scratch by hand, and locally sourced fruit from farmers we know by name. You’ll find sweet and savory pies, pot pies, small batch jams, lemonades, and our full lineup of bloody mary mixes. All pies made with Wisconsin butter crusts and all natural ingredients.

We also collaborate with Bridge Up Brewing on a line of beer jellies, a sweet and savory spread made by reducing craft beer with sugar and fruit. Try it on a cheese board, a soft pretzel, or as a glaze for grilled meats.
